1 Year Blogoversary? Hell yes! + Giveaway :D

Hello you lovely people! I'm in an especially great mood because A World Between Folded Pages turns 1 today, wohoo! I'm so, so happy to write this post because it's also an accomplishment for me ... you need to know, I usually get tired/bored of things pretty quickly, so being still here after 1 full year (a rime, ha!) is a huge success for me!

Before we get to the good part - I know you want to win something but be patient, little birds - I want to thank some people for being super supportive, helpful and simply awesome. I got to know some pretty cool people through blogging and I feel like they all deserve a bit of attention. :D

So first of all I need to thank the most amazing person of all: my best friend Melissa who inspired me to start my blog by creating her own. She's such a great friend and always there for me whenever I need to fangirl, talk or complain about something even though she lives (too) far away. Thank you for everything, my dear. ♥ Another special thanks goes to my beloved Jay whom I just love loads because she's such a sweet girl and I absolutely adore talking to her about books and everything else! You rock, girl! Then there are Stephanie, Caro, Monica and Tracy who are not only commenting regularly on my posts but also give great advice, recommendations and generally just make me feel very welcome. Thank you, ladies!

Lastly I want to thank YOU, whether you're a regular visitor on my blog or just stumbled upon it, thank you for being here. I hope to see you around again and get to know you, I don't bite ... most of the time. :P

....... Wow, what a lame last sentence. Oh well. There are probably lots of other important people that I forgot (I hope not!), but be sure that I love you all and that I truly appreciate every little comment/share/like/visit and whatnot else! Thank you, thank you, thank you! <3

I'd choose Scarlet and Cress by Marissa Meyer because I really want to start the series! I have the first book but I don't want to read it unless I have the other books in the series, lol ;D

  14. Happy Blogoversary *_*
It is the first time I try to follow a foreigner blog and I'm just beginning, so my English is not the best. I started a few months ago to read in English (thanks to Tahereh Mafi* -*) and now I'm trying to know more about other books.
I don't know yet what I would choose, if I win. I've been reading a lot of advice around, especially about Sarah J. Maas and Splintered Howard (of which I love the cover)!
Many greetings and thanks again for the opportunity!

    1. Ohhh, it's great to have you here, Lothìriel! Thank you for following me! Your first foreigner blog? Wow, I feel honored! And don't worry about your english - it's good! -, as long as I can understand you everything's fine, haha. :D

You did everything right with Tahereh Mafi and I can only recommend you the books by Sarah J. Maas! She's a GENIUS and so, so talented! If you ever need a recommendation, just ask me! I'd be happy to pass along some tips. :)
